St-Germain® and House of Holland announced London Collaboration

MAISON ST-GERMAIN® returned to London for its second year

with an immersive installation by Henry Holland

The free two-day event ran in central London from 15th – 16th June and featured Henry Hollands’ creative interpretation of the St-Germain brand story plus two cocktail bars

St-Germain, the French elderflower liqueur, in partnership with House of Holland, brought a flurry of joyful decadence to the heart of the capital with the return of Maison St-Germain. It took place in June at 38 Grosvenor Square, W1, where Maison St-Germain hosted a curated sensory experience by Henry Holland to celebrate the ephemeral elderflower harvest and honour the 1,000 hand-picked flowers in each bottle.

Guests were guided through the Wild Harvest Walkway where the ephemeral story was brought to life through surprise and delight moments by London florists June in March. Guests took a journey through an endless, abstract meadow of 1,000 elderflowers. Emerging into one of two cocktail bars, guests  enjoyed the classic St-Germain Spritz, along with a new collection of St-Germain cocktails including Henry’s personalised drink The Free Lane which combined St-Germain with Grey Goose La Poire, lime juice, rhubarb bitters, grapefruit bitters and finished on the rocks with Pear Sassy Cider.

Maison St-Germain served two further exclusive cocktails; Thé Rouge, a mix of St-Germain and BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro, Roobis Tea and a dash of lemon essential oil; and the Brin Vert which combines St-Germain with Oxley gin, Tio pepe, absinthe and celery.

“We’re thrilled to bring the Maison St-Germain back to London this year; working with Henry and House of Holland has encouraged us to express the more daring, adventurous side of our brand and he’s captured the ‘Joyful Decadent’ attitude we live by, perfectly in his installation.” –Camille Ralph Vidal, St-Germain Global Brand Ambassador

“Florals have often been an inspiration for my collections through print and in my latest AW18 collection, they played a big part. I’m excited to be working on this event with St-Germain and getting my hands dirty in the process of curating an event that celebrates the joyful, decadent side of life – one of my all time favourite things to do! I’m really excited for people to see what we have been busy working on.” – Henry Holland

ST-GERMAIN® Elderflower Liqueur is the world’s first French liqueur made from fresh, delicate elderflower blossoms, handpicked at the height of their beauty during the fleetingly ephemeral growing season, once a year. #elderflower #St-Germain #liqueur #cocktails #HenryHolland #hand-pickedflowers #cocktailbar
